How to shop with us

To make a purchase on you must go through 5 steps:

1.     Find the items you want to purchase and place them in the basket.
2.     Enter your personal information
3.     Choose a shipping/payment method
4.     Accept our terms and conditions
5.     Confirm that the details of your order is correct.


It is not possible to view past orders by logging on to the website. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an e-mail to


Kraft Kenya makes reservations for price changes. All prices are quoted in KES and include the Kenyan sales tax (VAT) and other duties where applicable.


If you live outside the Kenya, no sales tax will be charged,  Please bear in mind, however, that you may be liable to taxes and import duties levied by the authorities in your own country.

Check your order confirmation

The purchase price will be deducted from your account on the day of dispatch. There can never be deducted a larger amount than what you have approved through the acquisition.


We aim to dispatch all goods within the lead times stated. Should delivery times be delayed due to production or delivery failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be contacted by Kraft Kenya Support.

Delivery and freight costs

General Conditions:
All orders are fulfilled at our studio in kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya . Delivery time may occur on certain products. This will be stated on the order confirmation we forward with each order. The goods are delivered by carrier or parcel service depending upon weight/size. In principle we aim to deliver all over the world, please note, however, that it may not be possible for us to deliver to all locations.

The exact freight costs for your purchase will be shown in the ordering process.

Delivery by courier /Carrier

Generally, we dispatch by our own carrier according to ourregulations and prices at any time. Outside our capacity area or in case parcels exceed our carrier's limits as far as weight or volume is concerned, a different carrier is used.

We reserve the right to not accept foreign orders for locations that involve too large a risk or unreasonably high freight costs.


From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods, they are at the customer’s full responsibility. Therefore, we advise you to inspect the parcels for any visible damage before accepting the delivery. If the goods have been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by mail or phone. If possible, please send us a photo of the damaged item. Please have your receipt and/or delivery note at hand when getting in touch with us.

Should an item be received damaged without your objecting to the carrier, disputes may arise if the damage occurred during transport or due to your own act or neglect and in that case you may not be able to claim compensation/replacement.


Valid receipt is the order confirmation and/or delivery note specifying the purchased items.

Cancellation Rights

According to the Kenyan Consumer Act, you have a cancellation right of 14 days from the date of which you, or any of you specified third party, other than the carrier, get in possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, Kraft Kenya 59570-00100, Nairobi, Kenya, must be informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal statement (eg. letter, or e-mail).
The cancellation right is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the cancellation right of 14 days has expired.

If you have sent the goods in to cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an e-mail once we have received the product. The e-mail will contain information about the further process of your cancellation/complaint.


All items returned to Kraft Kenya must be securely packaged.
The goods must be returned without any unnecessary delays, and no later than 14 days from the date in which your notice of withdrawal was sent. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the expiry of the 14 days. The return freight to Kraft Kenya is for your own account.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from inappropriate handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way the product works. Any diminished value of the goods will be withdrawn your reimbursement. Once returned items are accepted, the cost of the goods is reimbursed to your account.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied evidence of having returned it.

As a customer at Kraft Kenya you have the right to complain about production defects within a one year period from the date of the purchase on presentation of a valid receipt. This means that, you may have the goods repaired, replaced, get a refund or a price reduction depending upon the specific situation and provided that the right to complain is legitimate. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will be timely.

You must be 18 years old or older to purchase products on – if you are under the age of 18, consent from your parents is required.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. This data is registered at Kraft Kenya and will be kept for a period of five years. Afterwards the information will be deleted. 

We do not transmit customer information/data encrypted. Any information provided to is not transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. By subscribing to the newsletter, we register your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is not given to others.

As registered at Kraft Kenya, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right of access to the information saved about you.
